Three Horses by Nancy Martin

I have for sale a lovely book called Three Horses by Nancy Martin. Published by Macmillan & Co. Crown books 1964. The illustrations are by William Stubbs.

This book is about 3 horses all with different jobs. Police horse called Neill. The Pit horse called Ajax and finally the State Trumpeter’s horse called Gauntlet. The book is a hard back with a dust cover. The condition is good. There is some foxing around the edges (see photo). The dust cover has some little creases with a few small tears and a little grubby. Front and back inside pages slightly stained. The word ‘Cancelled’ is stencilled on the inside page. Hard back boards very clean. Pages tight.
